In our Pilates courses, we aim to strengthen the muscles, improve fitness, coordinate movement, improve posture, stimulate circulation and increase body awareness.
The basis of all exercises is the training of the "powerhouse", i.e. the muscles around the spine that are located in the middle of the body, the actual supporting muscles. The muscles of the pelvic floor and the deep trunk muscles are strengthened in a targeted way. All movements are always performed slowly and fluidly to protect the muscles and joints. The correct breathing is also specifically trained.

THE PILATES MAT
The Pilates mat class is an inspirational and effective workout that is appropriate for all participants ranging from the beginner to the ambitious athlete.
As there is no equipment, you move dynamically and freely through open space, flowing from one movement to the next. Its the hardest part in the Pilates workout.
Regular participants may place their mat down anywhere in the world (hotel, beach, park) and enjoy a comprehensive Pilates workout.
