Susanne Kind teaches Pilates and yoga and is also a personal trainer and health advisor. She discovered Joseph Pilates by chance in a newspaper article. She was impressed by the holistic aspect of his training practise and this interest became a passion which she is keen to share.
Susanne completed the Peak Pilates Training Programme in 2009 and deepened her knowledge with comprehensive Power Pilates training with Bob Liekens in 2012.
